Advocate for Dementia Awareness & Care                

Dr Debra Graves OAM is co-author of “To Dementia With Love”, a book which gives Debra’s personal account of caring for her husband Don, who had dementia.

Dr Graves was also CEO of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (RCPA) for more then 25 years.

She is passionate about encouraging others to have the confidence to carve their own pathway when caring for someone with dementia. Debra took an unconventional approach to caring for her husband, as they still prioritised doing things they enjoyed, including travelling, which is detailed in the book.
